Valley Heart Food Pantry provides food assistance and practical support to families and individuals throughout Rainier and the surrounding area.

We believe everyone deserves compassion, dignity, and access to help.

Who We Are

Valley Heart Food Pantry is a ministry of Valley Heart Assembly of God. We serve Rainier, WA, and the surrounding community by offering food assistance to families and individuals in need.

Since opening on January 10, 2024, the pantry has grown to serve an average of 700 families each month.

Pantry Hours

Open: Wednesdays and Saturdays     
Hours: 9:30 a.m. to 12:00 noon

Valley Heart Food Pantry has an open-door policy. No identification is required. We serve anyone who enters our doors and rely on the generosity of local donors and volunteers to support this ministry.
